Event/Conference Registration Terms & Conditions

By completing the online registration, whether paying online or offline, you agree to the registration terms and associated costs. 

Registration selection MUST reflect the individual's membership level on record, (A. Advocate/Individual; B. Homeless/Formerly Homeless; C. Student; D. Affiliate; E, F, G, H, I. Full Organizational; G. Gold Circle) and may NOT be combined.

CANCELLATIONS

    • EVENTS/TRAININGS: Cancellation requests must be received no later than THREE (3) FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT/TRAINING START DATE in order to receive a full refund. 
      Cancellations for events & training WITHIN THREE (3) FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT START DATE will be billed at the Not-Yet-Member rate.
    • ANNUAL CONFERENCE: Cancellation requests must be received no later than FIVE (5) FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE DATE (by Wednesday, September 14th, 2016) in order to receive a full refund. 
      Cancellations for the Annual Conference WITHIN FIVE (5) FULL BUSINESS DAYS OF CONFERENCE START DATE (September 15th - 20th, 2016) will be billed a $50 CANCELLATION FEE. 


NO-SHOWS

    • EVENTS/TRAININGS: No-shows to events & training will be billed at the Not-Yet-Member rate. 
    • ANNUAL CONFERENCE: No-shows to the Annual Conference will be billed at the Not-Yet-Member rate for their full registration; one day - $145, full conference - $290.

MEMBER RATES FOR EDUCATION & TRAINING

If you are interested in receiving member rates for any of the AZCEH events, training, and Annual Conference, please note that only Affiliate (Level D) and Full Member Organizations (Levels E, F, G, H, I and J), and employees with a verifiable work email address, are eligible for reduced rate conference, training, and event pricing. To find out if your organization is a member, please check our Membership DirectoryAdvocate/Individual memberships (Level A), Homeless/Formerly Homeless membership (Level B), and Student memberships (Level C), are NOT ELIGIBLE for reduced rate conference, training, and event pricing at this time.

If you work for a member organization listed in our Membership Directory, but are experiencing trouble in registering for an AZCEH training or event, please contact your organization's listed Membership Administrator to be added to the membership bundle, or contact AZCEH Membership & Training Coordinator, Erin Cochran, at ecochran@azceh.org.

10% MEMBER DISCOUNT: ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Registration for three (3) or more AZCEH Affiliate or Full Member FULL CONFERENCE registrations (BOTH DAYS) are eligible for a 10% discount. To receive this discount, please contact AZCEH Administrative Coordinator, Marisol Ortega, at (602) 340-9393 ext. 101, or email her at mortega@azceh.org. Otherwise, the discount will not apply.
